The San Miguel Rich List Returns With The 2017 Edition

Premium beer brand continues on its path to discover people who have devoted their lives to pursuing life-enriching experiences

OCTOBER 2017: San Miguel, the premium Spanish beer, returns with The San Miguel Rich List supplement for the second consecutive year on Friday 13th October. The supplement, distributed with ES Magazine features 20 inspiring individuals and collectives from across the globe who have embarked on a voyage of discovery to become rich in experience. 

Open to consumers for the first time, The San Miguel Rich List will launch with an experiential event at Somerset House on Thursday 12th October, and will be supported by cinema, print, PR and influencer marketing, celebrating the stories of those featured on the list. The activity follows another successful year for San Miguel, seeing consumers drinking the equivalent of over 21 million pints[1] in August alone – a record month across on and off trade and the biggest in the brand’s UK history.

Opening the Rich List out to consumers this year has left us all feeling inspired and we’re delighted to be able to celebrate with some of them on the night.”

The Rich List experiential launch event will invite guests to discover more about the 20 individuals and collectives in this year’s list, providing the chance to attend workshops, live interviews and a sensory challenge, based on the life experiences of blind explorer, Miles Hilton-Barber. The San Miguel portfolio of Especial, 0.0% and newly launched San Miguel Gluten Free, will be served throughout the evening alongside Spanish inspired canapés and San Miguel cocktail making master classes.

Copies of The San Miguel Rich List will be available nationwide, with VR activations in station concourses at London King’s Cross and Birmingham New Street.
