Tomasz joined Carlsberg UK having led Carlsberg Poland for six years and achieve significant progress in the region. His long and varied experience in FMCG includes tenure at P&G as MD in the Baltics and VP Sales, Marketing & Distribution for SAB Poland. He also spent four years as CEO for ING Insurance & Pension, Poland.

Alistair joined Carlsberg UK from Premier Foods, where he was sales director, responsible for sales, category development and value management. Prior to this, he spent 14 years at Cadbury; latterly in a number of customer sales roles and also leading the customer marketing team, where he drove development of the confectionery category strategy for the total UK organisation.

Bruce joined Carlsberg UK having spent 18 years at Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands, where he held senior roles in sales, marketing and corporate affairs. Bruce sits on a number of industry bodies, including British Beer & Pub association. Prior to his current role Bruce held the position of vice president, global government relations and UK corporate affairs for Carlsberg UK.

Liam joined Carlsberg UK having led major branding projects at global agency Landor. Prior to this, Liam was marketing director at, Bacardi Brown-Forman, overseeing the growth of Grey Goose and Bombay Sapphire; ABInBev, leading the charge on Stella Artois and the integration of Beck’s beer.

Pete joined Carlsberg in 2011 as head of brewing & processing following ten years with ABInBev. He has guided the ongoing development of brewing & production ever since. Pete is one of just a handful of people to have won the prestigious JS Hough award, following the completion of his IBD (Institute of Brewing and Distillers) Master Brewer qualification in 2010.

Before joining us in January 2016, Paul was European beer supply director for Diageo in Ireland. With more than 37 years’ experience in management roles, he has overseen a diversity of business activities spanning engineering, project management, operations management, quality control, brewing and the supply chain.
